We’re looking for a strong leader to help oversee our landscape construction projects and guide our field teams.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading crews, and ensuring projects are completed with quality and efficiency. Our work includes patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and full landscape transformations across West Michigan.

Responsibilities include:
• Supervising field crews and daily operations
• Coordinating project schedules and materials
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Communicating with clients and team members

International Students Day is today! 🧑🏼‍🎓 Learning, opportunity and growth are key values we hold close, and are proud we act on every day 💚

Our paid apprenticeship program, in partnership with Grand Rapids Community College, is one of our biggest and proudest accomplishments. Not only are we able to give back more to the community, we are able to help underserved communities and provide career pathways that have not been easily accessible previously.

Our apprentices have been able to assist in one of our biggest projects for the city, Lyon Square, and continue classroom learning so they will complete the program with industry recognized certifications. 👷🏽🚧

Our favorite part? The program has been so successful, it’s being replicated and adapted for more and different trades.
