We’re looking for a Field Coordinator who thrives on being in the action, keeping jobs running tight, and holding crews to a high standard.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supervise roofing, siding, and gutter crews on active job sites
* Coordinate and run materials to and from jobs
* Handle returns of excess materials and track all transactions
* Maintain accurate records of purchases and returns
* Ensure all work is performed to strict OSHA standards
* Document required code coverages and job progress

✅ What You Bring:
* Working knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutter systems
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts in the field
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Willingness to work weekdays AND weekends
* Valid drivers license
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus
* No shortcuts mindset—quality and safety come first
