🎉 Happy 83rd Birthday, Weldon Haynes! 🎉

Birthdays might not be a big deal to a company, but today is a very big deal to our Mountain Construction family.

Weldon is celebrating his 83rd birthday today and continues to show up every day leading by example, mentoring the next generation, and helping make Mountain Construction a better company.

With more than 65 years of hard work behind him, Weldon has truly done and seen it all. As Mountain Construction's very first employee, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of our company. He’s still the first one to arrive in the morning and often the last one to leave, setting an example that few can match.

Weldon has a unique way of connecting with everyone on Team Mountain. From the office staff to the crews in the field his work ethic, wisdom, stories, and friendship, leave a mark on all of us and have helped shape the culture of our company.

Today, we celebrate not only his 83rd birthday, but also the incredible legacy he continues to build every day.

🏔️🚧 Paving with a view.
Not every office comes with mountain peaks, winding rivers, and a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful country in Wyoming.

Our crews are hard at work paving on the North Fork Highway, helping keep travelers moving safely toward one of America's most iconic destinations, Yellowstone National Park.

Spent the morning at Big Horn County School District #1 Elementary Career Day, and what a great time it was!

We enjoyed sharing what we do at Mountain Construction and talking about the many different career paths and opportunities within our industry. From equipment operators to mechanics to project management—there’s a place for a lot of different skill sets in construction.
