🚧"One of my favorite parts of my Role as HR Generalist is getting out to our jobsites, meeting our crews, ans seeing firsthand the work they're doing across Colorado.

Today I visited our team at a project in Northern Colorado, where Coloscapes Concrete is constructing a new sidewalk and preparing to demolish and replace a delivery dock as part of the next phase of work.

I spent time talking with Sergio, the Foreman, and Andrew as they inspected the dock and planned the upcoming work. Watching temawork, communication, and attention to detail that goes into every phase of the job gave me an even greater appreciation for what our crew accomplish everyday.

I also had the chance to visit with Alejandro, who shared that he was enjoying the cooler weather and appreciated working on a site just 10 minutes from Fort Collins. He told me he's really enjoyed being part of this job, and it was great getting to know him.
