Ranack Corporation was responsible for completing the structural infill at the Menemsha Bank of America located in Denver, Colorado.

The project utilized Geofoam, an ultra-lightweight, engineered fill material made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). In civil engineering, Geofoam serves as a substitute for traditional soil or heavy fill. Its applications include road construction, slope stabilization, and landscaping.

Theatre 15: Titan Luxe Atmos IMAX House

Located within Reading Cinemas Theatre at Valley Plaza Mall, Theatre 15 is known as the Titan Lux Atmos House. This venue stands out as the only IMAX theatre in Bakersfield, CA, offering a unique cinematic experience to moviegoers.

The Titan Lux Atmos House features advanced Dolby Sound technology, providing immersive audio throughout the space. Guests can enjoy stadium seating equipped with comfortable 23-inch recliners, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable viewing experience. The theatre also boasts a wall-to-wall curved screen, delivering stunning visuals from every seat in the house.

Flooring Protection During Renovation

Ranack, serving as the General Contractor, prioritizes the care and protection of existing flooring throughout the renovation process. Attention is given not only to newly installed flooring but also to areas such as hallways, theater door entrances, and stairs within the theaters.
To safeguard these surfaces, protective coverings are applied to all relevant flooring areas. This method ensures that debris generated during construction does not accumulate on customer-accessible floors, maintaining cleanliness and preserving the integrity of both old and new flooring throughout the project.

Protection of Movie Theatre Screens

Movie Theatre Screens!
At Ranack, we understand the importance of preserving existing features during renovations, especially the movie theatre screens. Screens are a critical asset, and special care is taken to protect them throughout the construction process.

To ensure their safety, each screen is thoroughly covered with a protective covering. The covering is securely taped to all surrounding surfaces, preventing dust and debris generated during renovations from coming into contact with the screens. This meticulous approach guarantees that the screens remain in pristine condition, unaffected by any work occurring in the theatre.

Valley Plaza Movie Theatre Renovation

The renovation of Reading Cinemas with IMAX at Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield, CA, marks a significant undertaking for our team. This project, which began construction in September, centers on revitalizing a prominent movie theatre through a negotiated agreement between Reading and Ranack.

The renovation includes several key improvements designed to enhance both the functionality and the guest experience within the facility. The scope of work includes:
• Upgrading the auditorium seating to provide greater comfort and modern amenities for moviegoers.
• Enhancing accessibility features throughout the theatre to ensure a more inclusive environment for all visitors.

Effective coordination with multiple subcontractors has been essential to maintain progress and address the complex requirements of the renovation. Additionally, adherence to a strict schedule has been a critical factor, ensuring that each phase of the project proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Located in the heart of Downtown Loveland, Colorado, The Foundry Theatre is a modern movie theatre that was built from the ground up by Ranack, which began in 2018 and was completed in 2019.

This theatre features a kitchen, bar, and dinner seating at the front, as well as luxury seating in all seven auditoriums. The facility is designed to provide a premium entertainment experience with comfortable and stylish interiors.

Guests can enjoy a variety of refreshments and handcrafted cocktails from the bar, having food before or during a movie with some well-needed popcorn, making it a popular spot for both movie enthusiasts and casual visitors.
