This ADA sidewalk ramp had settled, creating an unsafe tripping hazard for those in the community. Our team repaired this HOA’s concrete using polyurethane foam injections beneath the slab to raise and stabilize it. The remaining uneven surface was ground smooth and the concrete joints were cleaned and sealed to prevent water intrusion and future failure.

The ramp is now stabilized and the trip hazard has been eliminated. ✅
