We had a great time at Cheyenne Frontier Days™! It’s always a good time getting together, enjoying some rodeo action, and catching up with people we’re fortunate to work alongside.

From Demo to a Clean Slate

Before the new work could begin, the existing structures had to come down. These aerial shots give a look at the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District site before and after demolition, showing just how much changed in the early stages of the project.
Thank you for the great views.
With demolition complete, the site was ready for the next chapter. More progress to come!

🎉 Open for Business Circle K Loveland! 🎉

After months of hard work, the new Circle K at Eisenhower & Wilson in Loveland is officially open and looking sharp in the brand new Circle K color scheme! From demolition of the existing store and car wash, to a brand new 5,200 SF convenience store, new fuel system, canopy installation, and major Right of Way improvements including a new median, turn lane, and traffic signal, this was a big one.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with the Circle K team and proud to call this another repeat project. This marks our 8th project together and we look forward to many more. A huge thank you to Arris Architecture and the City of Loveland and CDOT for their collaboration throughout.

South Fort Collins Sanitation District : Project Update

A lot has changed since our last update. Framing is behind us and drywall is now on the walls. We are finishing that up before moving into doors & frames, painting, and flooring.

Outside, we're preparing for CMU veneer and standing seam metal roof installation, with curb & gutter and asphalt rounding out the remaining site work.

Good progress on an important project for the Fort Collins community.

Today is Skilled Trades Day

The electricians who keep the lights on. The plumbers who make clean water possible. The welders, HVAC techs, carpenters, and ironworkers who build everything around us.

These aren't backup careers. They're the backbone of every community, every building, every industry.

To every tradesperson out there: your work is seen, it matters, and it deserves more recognition than one day a year.

In collaboration with the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District and RB+B Architects , NeuMark Commercial Builders will be part of an expansion and renovation project focused on supporting the area’s future growth. The project will add onto the existing facility and include a new maintenance building, helping the district continue providing reliable service to residents and businesses throughout the region. Construction is expected to begin in late spring/early summer 2026.
