🏡 Getting to Know Hahn Plumbing, Heating & AC!
Many of you know us as KP Plumbing, and we’re excited to introduce you to the company we’ve joined forces with: Hahn Plumbing, Heating & AC!
So, what makes Hahn different? It starts with a simple philosophy: honest service, straightforward pricing, and quality work.
🔧 Honest, Time and Material Pricing: Hahn charges for the time spent and materials used on your job, rather than flat rate pricing. You pay for the work performed, without technician sales commissions built into the pricing.
🤝 No Sales Tactics. No Pressure. Just honest recommendations, clear communication, and professional service you can feel good about sharing with friends and family.
🏡 A Family Tradition Built on Trust: The Hahn family’s plumbing roots date back to 1908, when the family founded a plumbing business in Salina, Kansas. In 1967, John Hahn Sr. brought that family trade to Fort Collins, carrying forward the belief that customers aren’t just transactions they’re neighbors.
Today, Hahn Plumbing, Heating & AC is a third generation company serving Northern Colorado, continuing a tradition built on helping people, doing the job right, and treating every customer with respect.
❤️ And that’s what makes this partnership so special. Two family businesses coming together with a shared commitment to our community and the people who call it home.
We’re proud to bring Hahn to our Loveland customers, and we look forward to continuing to serve the community we’ve called home for so many years!
📞 When you need plumbing, heating, or AC service, give Hahn Plumbing, Heating & AC a call. And if you’re looking for your favorite plumber, Kirk is still here and ready to help!

This is what happens when you hire a plumber who has been part of the community for over a decade. ❤️🔧
We recently received this wonderful review, and it means so much because it speaks to what we’ve always believed at KP Plumbing: your reputation matters.
We’re not a fly-by-night plumbing company that shows up today and disappears tomorrow. We’ve been serving Loveland and Northern Colorado for over 15 years. We’ve built our business on relationships, referrals, standing behind our work, and being there for our customers when they need us.
When you hire KP Plumbing, you’re hiring a local, family owned business with roots in this community. We live here. We work here. Our family is part of this community and we plan on being here for years to come.
And when something isn’t right, we stand behind our work. That’s what earning a customer’s trust is all about.
Thank you for trusting Kirk and KP Plumbing! We truly appreciate every customer who chooses to support a local business. ❤️

KP Plumbing (now Hahn Plumbing, Heating and AC) local roots, real relationships. Plumbing you can trust.

🐾 The KP Plumbing Mascot Competition Continues…
Everyone knows Chewbacca is basically the official KP Plumbing mascot. He photographs beautifully, knows how to work the camera, and has absolutely mastered the art of representing KP Plumbing. 😂
Then there’s Sheamus. 🤦‍♀️
Sheamus is still trying VERY hard to earn his place as the next KP Plumbing mascot… but we’re going to be honest:
This photo isn’t exactly helping his campaign. 😂😂😂
He has the size.
He has the personality.
He has the KP Plumbing family connection.
But the whole “professional mascot photo” thing?
Yeah… we may need to give him a few more lessons from Chewbacca. 🐾📸
Sorry, Sheamus. We still love you. ❤️😂

Who do you think wins the KP Plumbing mascot competition Chewbacca or Sheamus? 👇

🚨 CAN YOU SPOT THE PROBLEM?

Kirk received a call from a client saying their sink had fallen off the wall for “no reason” 😳
Well… when Kirk arrived, he quickly discovered there actually was a reason😂

👀 Take a close look at the pictures… Can you spot what went wrong?

The sink wasn’t properly secured to the wall, and the mounting hardware was attached to drywall rather than solid framing. Eventually, gravity won. 😬
This is a great reminder that plumbing isn’t always just about the pipes! Proper installation and secure mounting are just as important to prevent a small problem from becoming a BIG mess.

☀️ Summer Heat Doesn’t Just Affect You… It Can Affect Your Plumbing Too! 🔧💧
When temperatures soar, your plumbing system feels it too especially your water heater.
Many homeowners think their water heater gets a break during the summer, but excessive heat can actually cause it to work less efficiently and, in some cases, put extra stress on the system.
Here are a few summer plumbing tips:
✅ Check your water heater for signs of leaks or corrosion.
✅ Consider lowering the temperature setting slightly during the warmer months to save energy.
✅ Make sure the area around your water heater has proper ventilation.
✅ Don’t forget about outdoor plumbing! Inspect hoses, hose bibs, and irrigation lines for leaks caused by the summer heat.

A little preventative maintenance now can help you avoid unexpected plumbing repairs later.
If your water heater isn’t performing like it should, or you’d like a professional inspection, KP Plumbing is here to help!

Our hearts go out to everyone at Consolidated Plumbing Supply in Seattle after the devastating warehouse fire yesterday. While we are incredibly grateful that no one was injured, the loss of the warehouse is truly heartbreaking.

This tragedy hit especially close to home for us because our former employee, Jameson, now works there as one of their lead salespeople. We are thankful he was not at the warehouse when the fire occurred and are relieved to hear that the company is taking great care of its employees during this difficult time.

In the plumbing industry, we build strong relationships with the people at our local supply houses. They are more than vendors they become friends, partners, and part of our extended plumbing family. Seeing something like this happen reminds us how connected our industry really is.

Please keep the employees and families of Consolidated Plumbing Supply in your thoughts as they work through the challenges ahead. We are wishing them strength, support, and a successful recovery.
