Putting a patio cover on this large house. Installing 40' trusses across the back to cover the patio. It will be awesome.

Working on adding a bedroom and bathroom in a basement. Fun times.

Just finished a large pantry, just off the kitchen. It was a large closet that was accessible from the hallway by the bedrooms. Opened up the wall and added a door, moved the wall so there is a 2' linen closet now in the hallway. Added shelves to the ceiling. Awesome place for storage now. And of course a barn door! Do you need something like this? Contact us if you do.

Just finished a new Onyx shower for a customer. Really makes it look sharp in the master bathroom. Doing another bathroom in the basement for them now. Different color though.

Hope you have been enjoying the summer.
We are doing an open house, Saturday, August 21st, 9-5 at 4140 E Cty Rd 30, Fort Collins. It is the Silo Project. We are finished with it. A one of a kind home. Also doing a fund raiser for a dog rescue at that time. Hope to see you there.
