On-Demand Concrete

On-Demand Concrete On-Demand Concrete is a mobile concrete production truck. Pouring concrete for contractors and homeowners. No waste, concrete when you need it!

On-Demand Concrete is hard at work on the Timpanogos Special Service District project in Utah!

As new water treatment facilities are added, we’re pouring red thermal concrete duct banks around new power and low-voltage control lines to help protect and encase them.

Our volumetric trucks are a great fit for specialized pours like this — color can be added right on site, minimal washing is needed, and we can produce exactly what’s needed with little to no wasted red concrete, helping save both time and money.

Another unique project showing the advantages of concrete mixed on demand! 💪

Happy Friday from our crew working hard at the Greeley Airport! ✈️

This project has been keeping us busy, and our mobile batch plant is still running strong!

Great work by our crew keeping production moving and this project on track! 👏

Progress at DIA✈️

We started pouring on this project back in January/ February, and we're now getting close to the finish line.

ODC was able to on a trusted industry partnership which has been a big part of making this project successful.

Their nearby laydown area and yard allowed us to cut round trips from roughly 90 minutes to 30-40 minutes.

That's been a huge advantage for Sturgeon's production schedules, allowing us to handle larger pours efficiently with fewer trucks.
Strong partnerships like this help keep projects moving efficiently.

Update from the On-Demand Concrete yard!

Today we worked with Walrite to pour the foundations for two new silos that will give us additional powder storage we need for our trucks as we continue to grow!

Justin gives us a view from above as our teams work together to get these pours done!

Another great project with Walrite and a partnership we appreciate.

Update from the Runway! 🛫

Justin is checking in from our project at the Greeley Airport, where our new mobile concrete batch plant has been hard at work.

We’re thrilled with how the plant has been performing, successfully handling everything from small pours to large placements. It’s been a great addition to the project, helping our team deliver quality concrete efficiently and reliably.

Stay tuned for more updates as work continues!

Project Spotlight | Alta, Utah 🏔️

Our crew is currently supporting a fiber installation project in Alta, Utah by supplying and placing flow fill for the trench backfill.

Once the contractor saw-cuts the roadway and installs the new lines, we’re right behind them keeping the project moving.

Using our Load-On-Site system means fresh material is always available with no travel delays—delivering efficient service, lower costs, and continuous production on rural projects.

A quick look at a thermal grout project in downtown Denver! 🏙️

Dawson takes us behind the scenes as we partner with BT Construction to get the job done right. Our trucks are very suited for this kind of job!

Any job. Any size. Any type.

📍 A recent job we did with Hooper Corp in Greeley for a duct bank encasement!

Need multiple applications done, but don’t want to pay extra short load fees or wait for trucks? We got you covered.
As we can adjust the slump on site, you can pour a thrust block at a 2-4 inch slump, then switch over to a 5-6 inch slump for a manhole base.
Adjustable slump from dry to wet or wet to dry, no waste, only pay for what you use.
