Meet the Team | Jordan Kamps
For Jordan Kamps, On-Demand Concrete has always been about more than pouring concrete. It’s about finding a better way to serve customers, solve difficult problems, and create opportunities for great people.
As one of the leaders behind ODC, Jordan focuses much of his time on the bigger picture—developing leaders, removing obstacles, pursuing new opportunities, and challenging the team to keep improving.
One of the things he enjoys most is watching people grow alongside the company.

That philosophy has helped shape ODC into a company that isn’t afraid to take on challenging projects, try something different, or invest in new capabilities when there’s a better way to get the job done.
As ODC continues to grow in Colorado and beyond, Jordan wants to preserve something that has been important from the beginning: work hard, take care of the customer, treat people right, and win as a team.
We’re building for the long term—and we’re always interested in meeting talented people who want to grow with us.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys time with his wife, grown children, and granddaughter, along with hunting, golf, hiking, water sports, basketball, pickleball, and snowmobiling.
