Today as I walked out of the office I had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude.

Gratitude for clients who trust us with their homes.

Gratitude for referral partners who share our contact info.

Gratitude for our team who is constantly working to become better.

Gratitude to all the soldiers and first responders who work tirelessly to protect our families, our homes and our freedoms.

I truly am blessed beyond words to be building something great with the people I love in the community that I love. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey!

For me, it’s HONESTY.

Every person and every crew who works with Valcore gets some version of the same speech:

We don’t expect perfection.

Construction is messy. Things happen. Mistakes get made. Something gets damaged, overlooked or simply doesn’t go according to plan.

When it happens, tell us.

Tell us quickly. Tell us the truth. Give us the opportunity to make it right.

There are very few problems we can’t solve when we know about them soon enough.

What we can’t work with is someone who tries to hide a mistake, cover it up or hopes we simply won’t notice.

We can fix a lot of things.

Trust is much harder to repair.

When you start to wonder who we are at Valcore, just remember…..

We don’t expect perfect people or perfect projects.

We do expect honest ones.

Huge shout out to Dan and Shavawn with Graphic Partners LLC! We had the honor of replacing a roof for them a few years ago and so when it was time for new vehicle graphics they were our first call!

They were fast, affordable and SOOOOO easy to work with. Keep an eye out for future vehicle updates as well!!!

Hiring is always one of the hardest parts of owning a business.

But every once in a while, you meet that one person who makes it easy.

We are so excited to introduce the newest member of the Valcore Team, Lucinda Gonzalez.

Lucinda brings a wide range of experience in the construction, property management, and real estate worlds. She is a true go getter whose drive instantly impressed us. She will be a great addition to our team as our new Business Development Specialist!
