We can't get enough of the details inside our Stanford build! Not only does it have a movie theater built in under the garage, a steam shower, a sauna, and an elevator, but there are tons of unique design selections, such as hand-painted wallpaper and custom tile throughout this home. After scraping the old home on this lot in the Highland Park neighborhood, overlooking the Flatirons and the University of Colorado, we completed the construction of an 8,000 sq. ft. custom home to take its place. We’re thrilled to see the finished home ready for the homeowners and even more excited for them to begin making it their own.

Progress update on our Cheyenne, WY build: When we first shared this project, we had just broken ground on a soon-to-be 4,000 sq. ft. modern farmhouse for a veteran who had purchased land in the country outside Cheyenne. Now, the home is starting to take shape as we fly the trusses into place!

Not your average basement remodel! With a crawl space dig-out and full basement transformation, we added 624 square feet to this basement in Westminster, CO, creating a walkout entrance, custom wet bar, and the star of the show: a professional recording studio.

The finished space features generous 8’8” ceilings, double-thick acoustic walls, CAT 6 wiring throughout, and custom built-ins to showcase their guitar collection.

Backfill is underway at our Nunn project! Our clients came to us with land already purchased and a budget of $550K. By tailoring the scope of work to fit their goals—including the excavation and insulation provided by the client—we were able to deliver a guaranteed price that stayed within their budget.
