💧 What you can see isn't always the full story.
These photos are from a recent commercial water loss.
The first picture looks like a normal office. If you walked in, you might not think anything was wrong.
The next image tells a different story.
Using thermal imaging and moisture mapping, we found water that had spread beneath the carpet and into surrounding building materials. Hidden moisture like this doesn't dry on its own and can lead to damaged flooring, odors, and mold if it's not addressed properly.
Our team identified the affected area, installed professional drying equipment, and monitored the drying process each day until the structure reached its drying goal. The final photo shows the office back in service.
Professional water damage restoration is about much more than removing standing water. It's about finding the moisture you can't see.
Our process includes:
💧 Moisture mapping
📷 Thermal imaging
🚰 Water extraction
🌬️ Structural drying
📈 Daily moisture monitoring
✅ Verification that materials have reached their drying goal
The sooner drying begins, the better the opportunity to save materials, reduce downtime, and help prevent additional damage.
If your home or business experiences a water loss, don't assume everything is dry just because the visible water is gone.
Property Craft uses advanced technology and IICRC-approved drying methods to help return your property to pre-loss condition.
