Before you choose that front door color, take a look at both sides.

A colorful exterior might be exactly what your home needs. But if that same color feels out of place in your entryway, you have another option to consider.

Depending on the door, you can choose different finishes for the interior and exterior. Coordinate the outside with your brick, siding and shutters. Choose an inside finish that works with the rooms you’ve already made your own.

When comparing doors, ask which options offer the finishes you want on each side. You may have more flexibility than you thought.
