Construction progress on The Coop at River road is moving full speed ahead. Building 1 is transitioning into the next phase of interior work, Building 2 Is wrapping up with final details, ano groundwork is underway for Building 3. Fern Valley self storage project update:

Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen major progress across the site as the building continues to take shape inside and out. Exterior base coat of EIFS is underway, utilities are being finalized, parking lot is now paved and striped, interior floors are prepped for epoxy and site has been finish graded.

There’s still a lot of work to do, but the finish line is getting closer every day.

Steady progress out at The Coop on River Road. 🚧🏗️

Building 2 is currently in the finish phase with exterior work nearing completion. Final grading is underway and landscaping is scheduled to begin soon.

Building 1 is fully roughed in and preparing for insulation and drywall, while crews continue rough grading to prepare for upcoming sidewalk pours.

Projects like this take a lot of coordination behind the scenes, and it’s great seeing everything continue to come together day by day.

The completed property will feature:

• 2 lifts for easy access

• Fully sprinklered facility

• Gated keypad entry for added security
