Dumpster got picked up today. Official weight on the demo debris, 3.5 tons. I’m not kidding. These old school bathrooms are pure concrete and lathe, cast iron tub, three layers of tile. I fabricated a clever dust mitigation protocol that worked perfectly. Zero dust in the adjoining rooms and very little in the open basement. 3.5 tons, one trash can, 5 days. Ooof Brandon Butler

Another zero entry shower in the books! Btw, PSA to all booked customers, my main man, Jonathan is out for a couple months dealing with hernia surgery. So there will be the unexpected and unfortunate schedule changes. If you want to wait, awesome if you feel like you can’t? I’ll be ok with that too. He’s been with me closing in on a decade so he ain’t getting replaced and nobody is filling in. I may be in my 50s but the show will go on. Slower? Yeah, less income? So what. I know my worth and skill set. I’ll work one job at a time, 4 long days a week dedicated to my customers who understand they’re getting the best work in Louisville. This is why an envelope cut shower floor is great. The original grout was turning different shades and that after many applications of good sealer….
