Something new is coming.

I just finished six months of intensive real estate development training, and one thing became very clear:

The learning can’t stop when the class ends.

Development takes ongoing learning, the right tools, the right people, and the ability to work through real deals.

So I’m creating something new where we can study real projects, real numbers, financing, construction, deal analysis, and the challenges that come with moving a project forward.

And if you already have a deal, you’ll have opportunities to bring it into the conversation.

If you’ve ever thought about becoming a real estate developer, stay tuned. We need you.

Our communities need more people who are willing to learn, build, solve problems, and create something that lasts.

I just want to take a minute and thank the first 100 people who decided to follow this page. I really appreciate you being here.

I’m asking you to do one simple thing for me: share the content.

My hope is that somewhere in this group is a person who may decide, “You know what? I can become a developer too.”

My city is Louisville, Kentucky, and we need more people willing to help develop our neighborhoods, build housing, improve properties, and create assets. And if you’re watching from another city, your community probably needs people doing the same thing.

I’m going to keep learning. I’m going to keep growing. And I’m going to share what I learn as I go.

I’m not going to act like I know everything. I don’t. But I’m surrounding myself with people who know more than I do, I’m asking questions, I’m working on real projects, and I’m going to bring those lessons back to you.

And I want you to learn and grow right along with me.

My goal is to create tools, calculators, checklists, training, and a community that makes development easier to understand and helps you avoid some of the mistakes people make when they start.

I can’t guarantee anybody’s success — you still have to do the work — but I can give you better tools, better questions, and a clearer path.

So stay with me. Share the page. Join the group. And maybe one day I’ll be looking at a project you developed in your neighborhood because something you saw here gave you the confidence to get started.

Learn as I learn. Build as I build. And let’s create something that lasts.
