More than 1,000 feet of new sewer pipe. An important upgrade for the community.

E-Z Construction is officially underway on the Middletown Pump Station Elimination project for Louisville MSD. Our team is installing new sewer lines that will allow wastewater to flow by gravity, replacing the need for an older pump station and helping reduce ongoing maintenance.

It’s work that will happen mostly underground—but serves the community every day.

Celebrating one of our own! 💙👏

We’re incredibly proud of Fran and all she does to represent E-Z Construction and give back to the construction community.

At this year’s NAWIC Recognition Ceremony, Fran was recognized as she wrapped up her time as Events Chair and prepared to step into her next leadership role as Membership Board Chair for 2026–2027.

We’re grateful for Fran and excited to see her continue making an impact through the National Association of Women in Construction. Congratulations, Fran! 🎉

There’s no shortage of activity on this site right now. Our team and equipment are hard at work preparing the ground and making way for everything that will eventually rise above it.

It may look like a whole lot of dirt today, but this is where the future of the project begins.

Big equipment. Big progress. And a pretty great view from the field.

No two E-Z projects look exactly the same—and that’s one of the things we love about this work. 🚧

One day, we’re moving dirt to prepare the site for a new school. The next, we’re building a playground, improving a public park, placing concrete, or supporting a complex commercial or industrial project.

Our work includes site and civil construction, concrete, parks and outdoor spaces, and commercial and industrial projects throughout the Louisville region.Different projects. Different challenges. One experienced team ready to get to work.
