A new chapter for a Louisville landmark 🏛️✨
Gateway on Broadway transformed a long vacant historic building into 116 affordable apartments for adults age 55 and older. Through thoughtful adaptive reuse, the project preserves the building’s historic character while introducing modern living spaces, community gathering areas, and onsite amenities.
Senior living continues to be an important part of Studio A’s work, and Gateway adds another meaningful project to our growing portfolio. We’re proud to be part of a project that expands affordable housing options for seniors and gives a historic Louisville building a new purpose.
