UEC Tenant Building Update - Structural framing is now complete. Installation of insulated metal panels is underway on the warehouse, while exterior sheathing continues on the office areas. Inside, framing is progressing well, with most of the second-floor framing now complete. Rebar installation is currently underway in preparation for the warehouse concrete slab pour, which is scheduled for this week.

To recognize Mental Health Awareness Month, our teams across all Abel offices stepped up in a big way, encouraging movement, connection, and healthy habits throughout the month of May. Over 30 employees participated and together, we walked more than 8 MILLION STEPS. First, second, and third-place winners received prizes for their incredible dedication.
