Customer has wanted something since they've owned this house. Didn't know what they could have on this corner lot. Full run of pics of the garage remodel. Electric, framing, plumbing. Custom built cabinets. Added washer and dryer and more.
Electric box and drain were on the opposite side of the house. It made the most sense to run as much through existing soffit as possible and build out new soffit where needed. Approx 60ft. 2" drain with perfect pitch.
Had to install frost break 1" foam board along outside of footing 2ft down the length of garage.
Strong finish!

My latest project to end the year with a bang! Full garage remodel. Turned this into a play room and mudroom. All permits pulled and approved. Very happy customers.
