Some partnerships go all the way back to the beginning 🤍

Troy and the team at Corrigan Electric have been working alongside us for 20 years, back when Brandon was running jobs out of his truck. They’ve been part of our growth, our projects, and plenty of memories along the way 🐓🍗😆

We’re incredibly grateful to have partners who share our commitment to doing things the right way and who feel like an extension of our own team.

Thank you, Troy, for the kind words and for being part of the Bailey story all these years. We’re lucky to have you and the entire Corrigan Electric Company team in our corner! ⚡️

Basements can look a lot of different ways. A home gym, a place to entertain, a guest suite, or a little bit of everything. 🏋️🍿🎨

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to a finished basement, and that's what makes designing them so fun! The best place to start? Thinking about what your family needs from the space.

We're breaking down all the things to consider before finishing or remodeling your basement in one of our latest blogs. Check it out: https://baileydesignbuild.com/blog.html?p=basement-remodeling-louisville-ky

Hot off the press 🗞️

Three kitchens, three completely different looks, and one familiar name! We’re excited to see three Bailey Design + Build kitchen remodels featured in today’s Louisville Courier Journal.

This week’s Home of the Week, “One Room, Three Ways,” takes a look at three very different kitchens, each designed around the homeowners and how they use their space.

The kind of primary suite that makes staying home feel pretty good 🫧✨

This new first-floor primary suite was designed to give the homeowners more privacy and make much better use of the home’s existing footprint.

Inside the en suite, heated floors, a freestanding tub, and one very dreamy shower turned that practical layout change into something pretty special.

This kitchen wasn’t short on potential, it just wasn’t working the way the homeowners needed it to.

The original layout felt cramped, the oversized island took up valuable space, and the kitchen felt disconnected from the family room. Countertops were also doing too much of the storage work, with small appliances constantly needing a home.

The remodel gave everything a little more breathing room. A more thoughtful layout opened the kitchen to the family room, improved everyday flow, and created intentional storage so more could be tucked away.

The best remodels don’t just look better — they live better. 👏

Six weeks was the timeline. Trust was the expectation.

From the start, we want our clients to feel confident in the plan — with a clear schedule, consistent communication, and a team they can trust to manage the details and the people coming in and out of their home.

For Debbie, that meant finishing five days ahead of schedule and, just as importantly, feeling comfortable with the team in her home every day.

That’s exactly the kind of experience we work to create on every Bailey project.
