Clean windows make all the difference! ✨🪟

A big thank you to Pink’s Window Services for coming out and taking care of some of our exterior windows!

From start to finish, their communication and customer service were fantastic, and the windows looked amazing!

We love finding great companies to partner with, and we’re looking forward to working with Pink’s on more of our future homes!

Highly recommend!

Remember those beams we told you were coming? 🤍

If you joined us for Behind the Build at the Wilson home, you may remember looking up and having to use a little imagination. The beams weren’t installed yet, so all we had was a photo to show you the vision.

Well… here they are. 😍

And they were worth the wait.

I love how the white oak beams draw your eye up, highlight that incredible ceiling, and bring so much warmth into this space. It’s one of those finishing details that completely changes the feel of a room.

What do you think, worth the wait? 🏡

What makes a home feel warm and cozy when the temperature drops outside? HVAC!

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning professionals work behind the scenes to help regulate the temperature and air quality inside our homes. 🏠

From understanding how systems work to diagnosing problems and making repairs, HVAC technicians put STEM knowledge into action.

Explore our Curriculum Library this fall to help the kids discover the skills behind the trades and inspire the next generation of builders! https://tinyurl.com/2287bkbr

Today is MOVE-IN DAY! 🏡

Three years ago, we met the Wilson family when they walked through our Homearama house. Today, they’re moving into a home we had the privilege of building just for them.

What a journey it has been. From the first conversations and drawings to selections, jobsite meetings, countless decisions, and finally… handing over the keys. 🔑

I’m so grateful you trusted me and our team with such a big decision for your family. Building a custom home is incredibly personal, and getting to know your family along the way has made this one even more special. ❤️

And one of my favorite parts? You’re right down the road, so this isn’t goodbye. 🦋

I hope this home is filled with family dinners, laughter, friends, celebrations, quiet mornings, and so many memories with the Kids. I’ll bring Hayden over for some play dates 😉

Welcome home, Wilson family. 🦋
We are so grateful we got to be a part of your story.

The perfect place to gather. 🤍

We love how this back porch came together from the warm wood ceiling, Infratech heaters and black details to the stamped concrete underfoot.

A space made for family dinners, quiet mornings, late nights, and lots of memories to come. 🏡
