Every job we've completed has helped shape our story, and we're incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.

Some projects define what a team is capable of. The KFC Yum! Center is one of them.

As one of the largest and most complex commercial roofing projects in Deer Park Roofing's 30-year history, this arena-scale job required extensive planning, coordination, and ex*****on from start to finish.

With more than 2,600 squares of roofing, custom sheet metal work, over 80 scheduled events to work around, winter weather challenges, crane mobilizations, restricted access, and intricate site logistics, every phase demanded precision and teamwork.

Projects like this are built on experience, communication, and a commitment to doing the job right, no matter the complexity.

New Leadership, Same Commitment.

One of the biggest milestones in our 30-year history was our first-ever leadership transition.

Anthony Kahny was appointed President of Deer Park Roofing, while founder Nick Sabino stepped into the role of Regional President with Roofing Corp of America (RCA), where he continues to support the growth and leadership of both RCA and Deer Park Roofing.

While leadership evolved, our mission did not. Under Anthony's leadership, Deer Park Roofing remains firmly committed to delivering professionalism, elite service, and peace of mind to every homeowner and business owner we serve.

As our Northern Kentucky team continued to grow, so did the need for a space that could better support our customers and employees.

We relocated our Northern Kentucky office to 101 Cummings Drive, giving us room to expand while continuing to serve homeowners and business owners throughout the region with the same trusted roofing expertise they've come to expect.

In 2023, Deer Park Roofing lost a special colleague.

Michael Zieverink started at Deer Park Roofing in 2010 as a technician and was serving as our Director of Operations at the time of his passing. Michael was also a 2022 graduate of the NRCA's Future Executive Institute at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

Michael is dearly missed by his family, friends, coworkers, and customers.

Today, we are proud to sponsor the 4th Annual Michael Zieverink Memorial Golf Scramble. Proceeds from the event benefit the Michael Zieverink Memorial Scholarship at La Salle High School.

Day 24 highlights one of the biggest milestones in Deer Park Roofing's history.

In 2022, Deer Park Roofing joined the Roofing Corp of America (RCA) family of companies and was later acquired by FirstService Corporation (NYSE: FSV), a leading provider of property services.

RCA is made up of some of the nation's most respected roofing contractors, with companies and branch locations across the United States. Being part of this network gives us the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, share best practices, and benefit from investments in technology, leadership development, human resources, and risk management.

This milestone positioned Deer Park Roofing for continued growth while providing our team with additional resources to better support our employees, improve our operations, and continue delivering the quality our customers have come to expect.
