Shout out to Fischer Homes and to Judy Lusk Fischer Homes, both of whom do a phenomenal job of going over every…single…solitary….detail to home buyers about their home before closing. From how all utilities work, shut off valves, construction details, the list goes on. This is a photo from a home orientation walk-through that lasted well over an hour (and occurs right before the final walk-through). We just highly recommend their product if you are looking at new construction!
