Lutke Construction

Lutke Construction just wrapped up this stunning powder room renovation, and we are absolutely in love with how it turned out. Half baths might be small, but they are the perfect canvas to make a bold design statement.

For this transformation, we paired a striking geometric stone-patterned wallpaper with a rich charcoal vanity and warm ch*****ne bronze hardware to create a space that feels both modern and incredibly welcoming. Beautiful hardwood floors and a vibrant abstract art piece pull the whole look together.

Who says your half bath has to be boring? Let's turn your small spaces into your favorite rooms in the house!

When stone and wood marry😍
What is one of our favorite details of this kitchen remodel? Custom natural stone crown molding. A beautiful way to finish this quartz full-high backsplash. What do you think?

Fireplaces are especially appreciated with these frigid temps. They make even a large room cozy and inviting.
Check out this double sided gas fireplace with a custom rift sawn oak mantle and quartz surround.
