For this week’s ⭐️SPOTLIGHT⭐️ we would like to recognize our full time employee Josh.

Josh got involved with Turf Rehab as our owners were impressed from day one with his passion for manicuring yards and seeing them look their best! If you see our crew in action, you’ll catch Josh doing anything from edging, blowing, w**d eating, mowing or pitching in with whatever needs to be done! He has an eye for lawn and landscape design and we’re proud to have him as an added asset to our team! Josh always shows up with a smile and is one of the funniest, happiest guys you’ll ever meet! We appreciate your hard work and dedication to the business Josh!

1. Josh started landscaping around the age of 13.
2. He loves fitness and loves challenging himself physically 💪🏼
3. Josh can solve a Rubik’s cube in under 60 seconds!
4. Josh is a HUGE dog lover and has 2 pups, Elvis and W***y 🐶

For this week’s employee ⭐️SPOTLIGHT⭐️ we would like to recognize our business manager Katie Bryant!

Katie got involved with Turf Rehab as she obtained her MBA degree last year and loved the idea of helping create a business from the ground up! Katie takes charge in most of our customer service calls, scheduling clients, accounting, payroll, and business meetings. Katie is passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion in all facets. We would honestly be lost without her!

1. Her favorite animal is a highland cow.
Bonus: There’s a picture of one in every room in her house! 🐮
2. Katie is on the Board of Directors at Marty’s Orchid House, a local facility for kids with Autism.
3. Katie works full time as a Strategic Account Manager for Aunt Flow; a period product company on a mission to spread period positivity for women 🔴

For this week’s employee ⭐️SPOTLIGHT⭐️ we would like to recognize our co-owner Alex Schook!

Just like co-owner David, Alex boldly decided to leave his 9 to 5 truck manufacturing job to pursue his life long dream of owning his own business. Alex brings 11 years of lawn and landscape experience to the business and takes lead in most of our landscape jobs. Alex prides himself in going the extra mile to make sure each job is seamless and up to our clients standards.

1. Alex used to live in the upper peninsula of Michigan and has seen the northern lights!
2. Alex has two pups, a yorkie and a pit mix.
3. Alex went to culinary school 👨‍🍳
4. Alex loves God, loves people and would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need!

Employee ⭐️SPOTLIGHT⭐️ of the week goes to our co-owner David Bryant!!! We want to recognize David this week by sharing some traits that we admire most about him!

David ambitiously quit his full-time position at a large truck manufacturer (Just like co-owner Alex) to pursue the American dream and own his own business! Prior to Turf Rehab, mowing his own grass and making it look *just right* was an avid hobby for David - so now doing it everyday for work is his dream job! David THRIVES during winter months, leading the team in installing Christmas lights. We nicknamed him Santa for this very reason! 🎅🏻

Want to know a few fun facts?
1. David has seen every Avengers and Harry Potter movie! He’s a huge movie buff. 💪🏻
2. He has three puppies 🐶 including a Cane Corso, Husky, and Frenchie.
3. He’ll make you belly laugh in a heartbeat.
4. David’s willingness to love and care for others is truly heartwarming to us!

Turf Rehab recognizes Juneteenth as a holiday alongside many small businesses across the country.
