We recently completed a full exterior makeover at General Butler State Park in Kentucky.

The building received James Hardie siding, a Malarkey Emerald Premium roof system with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, and new 6" K-style gutters to finish it off.

When you combine some of the best materials in the industry with careful installation, you end up with an exterior that looks great and is built to handle Kentucky weather for years to come.

Proud of the Louisville Roofing crew for the work they put into this one.

Snow like this looks calm from above, but this is when roofing problems start.

Heavy snow and freeze thaw cycles stress roofs and drainage points. Ice dams and interior leaks often show up during the storm, not weeks later.
If you notice ceiling stains, dripping, or ice buildup at the eaves, don’t ignore it.

We’re seeing a very unusual type of roof damage showing up this week, something that only seems to happen once a year. Mysterious footprints, odd scuffs, and unexpected impact marks appearing overnight.

While it may look festive, roof damage is still roof damage.
