We are pleased to announce the completion of our recent basement renovation project.

The space was fully gutted to the studs, including the removal of all wall paneling, carpeting, and the existing bathroom, to facilitate a complete reconstruction.

During the demolition phase, we identified a six-inch sag in the main support beam. Our team successfully leveled the floor and installed a code-compliant three-ply LVL beam to ensure structural integrity.

The scope of this renovation included:

• New tile shower installation
• Tiled bathroom flooring
• Grid ceiling system with new tiles
• Replacement of stair treads
• Full basement finishing

The accompanying before-and-after imagery highlights the comprehensive transformation of the space.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Martha Preston for selecting Guys Home Pro Services Inc. for this project; we appreciate your continued partnership.
