At Rainbow Restoration by Shrock Premier, Atlee is responsible for total project management including, working with the insurance company as well as the customer, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Atlee holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, insurance agents, adjusters, and subcontractors, resulting in successful construction experiences.
As one of the founding employees of Rainbow, Atlee has been working with residential and commercial construction and restoration since 2007. He has a broad background in construction/restoration scenarios overseeing all phases of commercial, residential and custom projects.

In his role as Large Loss Project Manager, Atlee fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. His strong communication and client service skills enhance Rainbow Restorationโs philosophies.
Atlee is accredited through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration in applied structural drying, fire and smoke, and water damage restoration.
Atlee has been a lifelong resident of Knox County. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and taking trips with his wife and children.
