What a great turnout for our first car show celebrating our trade partners! Between hot rods, trucks, tinkers, and exotic cars we had over 40 entries and 200 attendees. We are so thankful to our partners and team. We couldn’t do what we do with out you. Here’s to the next! 🏎️💨

We retrofitted this space in Menlo Park to create a seamless indoor-outdoor fitness area, giving employees the option to train in the sunshine, enjoy some fresh air, and still have everything they need just steps away.

Workplace wellness doesn’t always require adding more square footage; it’s often something you can make happen when you think creatively about the space you already have.

From the early stages through the final details, their craftsmanship, hard work, and partnership helped make this space what it is today.

After 29 remarkable years with McLarney Construction, our Chief People Officer, Brett McLarney, has decided it is time to begin his next chapter.

While enjoying some time away this summer, Brett rediscovered the value of quiet moments and unrushed time with friends and family. That experience inspired his decision to hang up his hard hat and move on from McLarney Construction.

Throughout his career with us, Brett has served as a Project Manager, President, and Chief People Officer. He has worked alongside extraordinary partners and colleagues, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Across the Bay Area, countless business meetings take place in spaces that Brett and the McLarney team helped bring to life. It is a fitting reminder of the lasting legacy he has built, one that we will proudly carry forward into our company’s next chapter.

We will miss Brett’s positive presence in the office and at every meeting and event. We will miss Donut Fridays, his unforgettable dance moves, and even the occasional dry-cleaning tag left on his pants.

Brett, thank you for 29 years of leadership, friendship, and dedication. We wish you all the best and cannot wait to see what your next chapter brings.

The first of many.

We had an idea: bring some of our favorite people together with the songwriters behind some of our favorite country songs and make a night out of it.

Turns out, we’re going to have to do it again and we’re already planning next years!
