This 747 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bathroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) features a cozy living room with cove dimmable lights and ample space.
The pathway leading to the house is lined with 4-foot concrete and brown mulch.
The exterior and interior ceilings are crafted from natural-colored stained and sealed pine wood boards, showcasing their grain patterns and complemented by recessed lighting.
All living areas are equipped with vinyl flooring, except for the bathroom, which features gray ceramic tiles.
The interior walls are textured and painted with semi-gloss trim.
The kitchen area includes a cooking range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and range hood, all installed together.
A 28,000 BTU 2.3-ton 3-zone ductless mini-split air conditioner with a heat pump is installed. One evaporator unit is located in the living room, and one is in each bedroom.
The laundry room is conveniently located inside the bathroom, maximizing space and accommodating a stackable or combo washer and dryer unit, providing a space for shelving.
Each bedroom measures 110 square feet, featuring a 16 square foot closet and a 52-inch ceiling fan, similar to the one in the living room.
The bathroom boasts a stunning gray matte 12-inch by 24-inch quartzite stone look porcelain floor and wall tiles, creating a luxurious shower bath area. It also includes a vanity cabinet with a mirror and all necessary silver bathroom accessories.
The utility room is equipped with a 40-gallon electric water heater as part of the package.
A w**d barrier landscape fabric was installed around the backyard before the mulch was added, creating a unique landscape design.
The exterior walls are finished with T111 and black-trimmed fascia boards, giving them a polished appearance.
