This is exactly the kind of thing you catch when you actually inspect the opening.
The concrete has been cut back to accommodate a door that clearly did not match the original opening properly.
Now instead of the product fitting the structure, the structure has been altered to fit the product.
That is backwards.
On a large opening like this — roughly 144" x 96" — dimensions, support, waterproofing, and sill conditions all need to be planned correctly from the beginning.
Forcing a door into an opening creates problems that someone else eventually has to solve.
