Inspections are a normal part of building in Los Angeles. They’re also one of the stages that can slow a project down if the site isn’t ready.

Preparation makes a big difference. Reviewing the work, coordinating with the trades, and having the right documentation ready helps the inspection process move more smoothly.

It’s one of the ways we try to keep projects moving forward from phase to phase.

Project Vista Avenue | Home Exterior Remodel

We removed the original siding and rebuilt the exterior with smooth stucco, brick detailing, and foam pop-outs around the windows. We also rebuilt a small deck in the back to complete the look. ✅

It’s coming together nicely, and we’re getting close to completion.

Our team met on site with the client to walk through the units, review the current progress, and make sure everything is tracking the way it should before moving into the next phase.
