REBUILDING THE PALISADES.

Rebuilding is more than replacing what was lost.

Following fire damage to this Pacific Palisades home, reconstruction is taking shape.

With portions of the rear elevation opened up, damaged areas are being rebuilt, and the home is moving through another important phase of its transformation.

But what you see in these photographs is only part of the story.

Behind every stage are the planning, technical knowledge, coordination, and hands-on oversight required to bring a project forward.

Because rebuilding isn't simply about restoring a structure. It's about helping make a house feel like home again.

BEHIND THE BUILD: BEFORE THE POUR.

Before concrete is poured, there’s an important stage that clients may never see in the finished home.

On this project, the grade-beam foundation is prepared and moving through the coordination and inspection process required before the next phase can begin.

With grade beams supported on piles, the work involves much more than what appears above ground. Engineering requirements, reinforcing steel, field conditions, inspections and documentation all have to come together before concrete enters the picture.

That’s construction management behind the scenes:
