West Harbor is taking shape along the San Pedro waterfront, and it's exciting to see the broader destination-and several of our projects within it— continue to move forward.
Drury Architects is proud to be working on a diverse group of new venues at West Harbor, including The Baked Bear Ice Cream Sandwiches, Freska Bar, Sno Swell Hawaiian Ice, KOP Beach & Sports Club, and Tierra Azul.
Each project is progressing on its own timeline, but together they will contribute to a vibrant waterfront destination centered on dining, recreation, gathering, and the unique character of San Pedro.
We're grateful to be part of this next chapter for the waterfront and look forward to sharing more as the work continues.

Seeing this one come to life has been incredibly rewarding.
From framing and raw structure to envisioning the final evening glow, this Los Angeles private residence is starting to show the full intent behind the design: a modern home that feels warm, grounded, and connected to its setting.
We're especially excited to see the transformation from construction progress into a finished architectural expression - clean lines, generous openings, layered outdoor spaces, and carefully considered lighting all working together to create a home that feels both contemporary and inviting.
Projects like this remind us why the process matters.
Every stage, from early design decisions to coordination in the field, adds up to the final experience.

The soft opening of Old Town Public Market in downtown Yucca Valley was a beautiful preview of what’s to come. An inviting new spot for artisanal bites, fresh treats, and relaxed high-desert gathering.

Drury Architects was proud to serve as the architect for this project in collaboration with the ownership team, shaping a warm, material-rich space designed for community and lingering.

Drury Architects is excited to collaborate with the King of Padel team on their newest Los Angeles–area location at the upcoming West Harbor waterfront village in San Pedro, California.

The project brings together sport, community, and waterfront culture to create a new destination for Southern California. The design focuses on an energetic yet relaxed coastal atmosphere, supporting the growth of padel while contributing to the evolving public life of the LA harbor.

One of the most exciting moments in any project for me as an architect is when the framing goes up — it’s the first time the space truly comes to life. You can start to walk through rooms, feel the proportions, and see how light will move through the structure. This is when design turns into reality — the vision on paper begins to rise from the ground.
