Structure Home Build Your Dream

BUILDING RESPONSIBLY
As in all aspects of our building practices, we take our responsibility to you and to the community we all live in seriously. We believe it is imperative that we build it responsibly. At Structure Home, this means a commitment to environmentally friendly products, the efficient use of resources, recycling, a paperless and sustainable organization and a consistent dedication t

o growth through advanced technology and to the conscious improvement of our carbon footprint. In addition to our own high minimum standards, we have resourced a variety of optional products to suit specific client needs while working to ensure we create designs that are sustainable and in harmony within our neighborhoods, communities and global environment. Structure has assembled summary workbooks as a resource to illustrate and clarify how applying Health Sciences and Green Building Practices can improve your home and the environment.

Every custom home begins as a drawing… and for one week, the drawing is rendered at full scale on the earth itself. These frames follow a Brentwood project from precise survey to stringlines, from marking paint to fully excavated footings, the architect's plans translated trench by trench into the ground that will carry them. It's precision work measured in fractions of an inch, done before a single yard of concrete is placed. And we're especially proud of how this one came to us: referred by the neighbors directly across the street, whose home we built. The greatest compliment in our business isn't a review…it's a referral from thirty feet away.

BEHIND THE GLASS
Last week our team brought clients out to tour AG Millworks, the door manufacturer behind several of our current sliding door packages.
It's one thing to see a finished door installed on a job site. It's another to walk the actual facility and see the process from start to finish, raw lumber and aluminum extrusions on the racks, through the mill, all the way to a finished multi panel sliding door assembled and ready to ship. For our clients, getting that firsthand look at the materials and craftsmanship behind their home was a great experience.
AG Millworks has been manufacturing in the USA since 1986. We're proud to work with partners who care as much about quality and process as we do.

Rebuilding what matters

This Fourth of July we are grateful for the freedom to build, the families who trust us with their homes, and the crews who show up every day to bring these neighborhoods back. Happy Independence Day from all of us at Structure Home.

South Saltair Project | Los Angeles

Same home, different mood.

Swipe to see how thoughtful exterior design transforms from day to night. During the day, clean lines, natural light, and architectural details take center stage. As the sun sets, warm lighting brings the home to life, creating an entirely different experience.

Great design doesn't stop when the sun goes down.

South Saltair Project | Los Angeles

Built to transport you.

A dedicated media room creates a space to unplug, gather with family, and enjoy the experience without ever leaving home. Transformative lighting, comfortable seating, and immersive design turn an ordinary evening into something special. Sometimes the most valuable room in the house is the one built purely for enjoyment.

Fiske Residence | Pacific Palisades

There's a moment in every project that no rendering can fully capture. It's the first time our clients walk into the actual framing and feel the home for what it is. The ceiling heights. The light at a given hour. The way one room opens into the next.

That happened this week at Fiske.

We walked the home at rough framing alongside our clients and the team from JZMK Partners, moving through the spaces as designed and making sure the experience matches the intent. We confirmed the exterior palette using live samples on site, held against real daylight rather than a screen. And we used the walk to explore where this modern, open home could be elevated even further to fit the way our clients want to live in it.

This is the kind of work that happens long before anyone sees a finished photo. It's where the best decisions get made, and it's why we bring clients into the process this early.

Modern open-concept home. Designed by JZMK Partners. Built and Managed carefully by Structure Home. Kudos to our Project Manager Janel Wright and Superintendent Steven Cole for a smooth organized meeting.

A New Chapter Begins in Brentwood

Structure Home is proud to announce the start of an exciting new project in Brentwood, a complete reimagining of an existing property that will include a new custom home, pool, and landscape design.

What makes this project especially meaningful is that we were brought in during the earliest stages of planning. This is where we believe we provide the greatest value. By collaborating with the client, architects, engineers, landscape designers, and consultants from the beginning, we can help coordinate design development, identify opportunities, solve challenges before they become costly problems, and create a more efficient path from concept to construction.

But this project is about more than building something new.

The homeowners made a conscious decision to prioritize sustainability and community impact by donating materials from the existing home rather than sending them to a landfill. Instead of traditional demolition, this home will be carefully dismantled by hand. Every roof shingle, door, window, cabinet, flooring plank, and framing member will be evaluated for reuse.

Many of these materials, including valuable dimensional lumber that is increasingly difficult and expensive to source, will be salvaged and donated to our friends at Habitat for Humanity, where they can help support future housing projects and families in need.

Why does this matter?

• Reduces thousands of pounds of construction waste from entering local landfills
• Extends the useful life of quality building materials that still have value
• Reduces the environmental impact associated with manufacturing new materials
• Conserves natural resources by reusing existing lumber and building components
• Supports affordable housing initiatives within our communities
• Creates a more responsible and sustainable approach to redevelopment

As builders, we recognize that every project leaves an environmental footprint. While redevelopment is often necessary, thoughtful deconstruction and material recovery allow us to preserve resources, reduce waste, and give quality materials a second life.

We are excited to help guide this project from vision through completion and grateful to work with clients who share our commitment to thoughtful planning, responsible building practices, and giving back to the community.

Building the future doesn't always start with demolition. Sometimes it starts with preserving what still has value.
