Happy 11 years, Dan! 🎉

Ask Dan about his favorite project and you might hear about the 1920s bowstring roof truss. Most people would have settled for a best guess. Dan went full detective, tracked down the original manufacturer and its patent drawings, and gave the team exactly what they needed to design the right repair. 🙌

That same curiosity shows up in how he leads. He takes time to walk his team through the process and help them keep learning. His favorite part of the job? No two projects are alike, he loves trading ideas with our construction crews, and he enjoys adapting designs to whatever the field throws at them.
