ANOTHER FORMER POLICE OFFICER AND HIS WIFE HAVE NOW REACHED PLEA AGREEMENTS IN THE HANCEVILLE, ALABAMA POLICE CORRUPTION CASE. According to court records, former Hanceville police officer Eric Kelso was charged with four counts of distributing a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute, while his wife, Donna Kelso, was also charged with distribution of a controlled substance. The plea agreements come as a larger investigation continues to expose serious allegations involving the now-disbanded Hanceville Police Department. The investigation began after Hanceville 911 dispatcher Christopher Willingham died from an on-duty drug overdose in August 2024, eventually leading investigators to uncover alleged misconduct within the department. Former Police Chief Jason Marlin and former officer Jason Wilbanks have also reached plea agreements in the case, with Wilbanks facing allegations involving the use of his position for personal gain, controlled substances, evidence tampering and the misuse of department resources. Prosecutors also uncovered issues involving the department’s evidence room and alleged misconduct by officers. The scandal became so serious that Hanceville ultimately dissolved its entire police department in February 2026. The details of Eric and Donna Kelso’s plea agreements had not yet been released , and their attorney requested that the judge set a court date. When the people given the authority to enforce the law are accused of breaking it themselves, accountability matters. ALWAYS FILM THE POLICE.

A FIGHT BREAKS OUT AT A NORTH CAROLINA HIGH SCHOOL, AND NOW A POLICE OFFICER IS FACING CALLS TO BE ARRESTED AND FIRED AFTER VIDEO OF THE INCIDENT WENT VIRAL. According to witnesses, two Black female students got into a fight at South Central High School in Winterville, North Carolina. A police officer stepped in and separated the students, but one of the girls allegedly continued trying to get back at the other student and began shoving the officer while yelling at him. The video then appears to show the officer lifting the student off the ground and slamming her face-first onto the floor. The footage has sparked major outrage online, with hundreds of people calling for the officer to be fired and criminally charged over what they describe as excessive force. BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK? WAS THIS AN APPROPRIATE USE OF FORCE TO BREAK UP THE FIGHT, OR DID THIS OFFICER GO TOO FAR?

One of our followers sent us this video claiming Officer Baker grabbed him and kicked him out of the fair after he told the officer to “keep walking.” According to the person who recorded this, Baker had approached him and his cousin aggressively and demanded that his cousin remove his hood. He says he pulled out his phone to record the interaction, and that’s when Baker accused him of being disorderly and ultimately made physical contact with him. The person who sent us the video says he felt like the officer was trying to bully and intimidate him from the very beginning. We’re sharing the video so you can see the interaction for yourself and decide what you think. If this officer’s actions were not justified, there needs to be accountability. A POLICE OFFICER SHOT AND KILLED A BELOVED BABY DONKEY NAMED HEEHAW WHILE SEARCHING FOR A MISSING CHILD IN GEORGIA, AND NOW PEOPLE WANT ANSWERS. First of all why do police kill up to 30 pets a day!?!? According to HeeHaw’s owner, officers entered the family’s pasture around 12:45 in the morning while searching for the missing child. She says HeeHaw, a bottle raised one year old donkey who was extremely friendly and even participated in petting zoos, ran toward the officers while braying. The family says officers claimed they felt threatened, attempted to use a Taser, and then shot HeeHaw. The Cedartown Police Chief has now released a video addressing what he called the tragic loss, while the officer involved has been placed on paid administrative leave. The chief says the case has been turned over to the Georgia Department of Agriculture’s Law Enforcement Division for investigation. One of the biggest questions now is exactly what happened in those moments before the officer pulled the trigger and whether shooting a family’s beloved animal was justified. The missing child was eventually found safe near a church close to the pasture. HeeHaw is gone, his family is demanding answers, and this investigation is just getting started.

A former police K-9 handler has been sentenced to just 15 days in jail after two police dogs in his care were allegedly left without adequate food and water, resulting in the death of one of them. Derrick A. Durall, a former officer with the Dexter Police Department in Missouri, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor animal abuse. According to court documents, K-9 Apollo was found dead inside his kennel in February 2024 after losing roughly 25 pounds. A veterinarian found that Apollo showed signs of severe malnutrition and dehydration, including decreased muscle mass and sunken eyes. The retired K-9 Knox was also found in poor condition, having lost about 10 pounds and suffering from severe heartworms and badly worn teeth. Durall was originally sentenced to one year in jail, but that sentence was suspended in favor of two years of supervised probation, with 15 days behind bars. He was also ordered to pay the city of Dexter $8,900 in restitution related to Apollo’s death. Durall was fired from the police department in April 2024. These dogs were entrusted to him to protect and serve alongside officers, and according to investigators, they were instead left without the basic care they needed to survive.

The LAPD has released disturbing surveillance video showing officers using force against a handcuffed 58 year old man inside Van Nuys Regional Jail who later died in custody. The video shows multiple officers pinning him face down on a bunk while his hands were cuffed behind his back. One officer places a knee across his back while another puts a hood over his head after police said he spit on officers. The officers eventually walk away, leaving him face down and appearing motionless. Police say officers continued checking on him and believed he was still breathing for approximately 20 minutes before he was found unconscious and not breathing. He was pronounced dead inside the jail. His cause of death has not been determined, and the incident is under investigation. Now the questions are simple. Why was a handcuffed man left in that position, and did officers recognize he was in medical distress before it was too late?

Another kidnapping in broad daylight while the man is in the middle of working as an uber driver taking someone to the airport. This is absolutely insane! I saw the image and caption on the ig story of Mason Meyer and couldn’t believe what I was reading. The ICE agents then took him to the airport?!
