120 square feet, one purpose: a gym that’s 10 steps from your back door.

This is the Evan 120. Steel panels built in our factory, set up in your backyard.

Room for a rack, a bench, and your cardio machine. No commute, no waiting for equipment.

Want one in your backyard? Comment EVAN and we’ll get in touch.

Two ideas on paper. Two real builds.

The Adam 330 ADU and the Swing 440, set up as a standalone golf simulator studio.

Both built from steel panels made in our factory, then put together on site.

Got a backyard idea of your own? Comment INFO and we’ll get in touch.

No cars waiting for a machine. No one watching you lift.

That’s the Evan unit. Same setup fans of ours already know, built for the one hour a day that’s actually yours.

In most California cities, this size doesn’t need a permit. Fewer steps between deciding and having it.

Type EVAN below and we’ll send you the details.

Your commute is now the distance from the kitchen to the backyard.

We build the best home offices. A real, separate space to work from, steps away from the house but not inside it. Door closes, meetings happen, dog doesn’t bark on the call.

Same panelized build, same steel structure, just sized for a desk instead of a bedroom.

Type SELA below and we’ll send you more information on getting one built.

Some of these are paying for themselves.

The Alon 540. Full ADU, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room. Works as a guest house, or list it like a few of our clients already do, renting theirs out on Airbnb.

Type INFO and we’ll get you the details.

No permit required for this one.

The Sela 120. Home gym on one side, pool house on the other, same footprint, whichever your backyard actually needs.

Comment SELA and we’ll send you the specs.

Smallest version of this starts at 100 square feet. This is the 240.

Same steel-panel build, same factory quality control, across every size, 100, 120, 240, 440, 2,100 square feet, or fully custom to your lot.

Type EVAN and we’ll send the full specs and pricing for this one.

Labor Day, but useful.

Our feasibility study normally runs $700. It’s how you find out exactly what your property can actually hold, a home office, a gym, a guest room, a full ADU, whatever you’ve been picturing back there.

This week it’s $0.

No catch. Just a real, specific answer on what’s possible on your lot before you spend a dollar on anything else.

Type STUDY and we’ll get you scheduled.

Simple, clean, ready to work from the day it’s installed.

Type SELA and we’ll send you pricing, sizing, and how fast we can get one to your backyard.
