🐊 Behind the Gator: Meet Carlin aka WE**IE!

She joined the Gator Crew in 2025 and quickly became one of those people you’re just grateful to have on your team 🐊
She’s a total rockstar who goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels taken care of, while also being a HUGE support to our techs out in the field. She’s the definition of a team player, and it’s safe to say the Gator Crew absolutely loves her! 🫶🏻

But don’t let all that hard work fool you… she’s also ALWAYS down for some shenanigans with the Gatorttes. 😂🐊 and most importantly, smart enough to know Lulu is the best boss ever! 😂

Hard worker, team player, great energy, and an all-around gem 💎

We**ie, we’re lucky to have you as part of the Gator family! 💚

And if you’re wondering why he was named our 2025 Employee of the Year 🏆, spend a little time around him. His work ethic, his passion for growth, and the way he shows up for the team say it all 🫶🏻

We’re lucky to have him as part of this crew 🐊

Cheers to many more years of working, growing, and winning together, Ivan! We can’t wait to see you achieve all the dreams and goals you’re working toward 🚀
