Paver Replacement – Part 1 | Demolition & Surface Leveling | Graceland Remodeling

Welcome to Part 1 of another paver transformation by Graceland Remodeling!

In this project, we're replacing the existing pavers and preparing the area for a brand-new, professionally installed paver surface.

We begin by carefully demolishing and removing the existing pavers, clearing out the old material and hauling away the debris. Once the old surface is removed, we prepare the ground for the next stage by grading and leveling the area to create a solid, even foundation for the new paver installation.

Watch this incredible artificial turf transformation by Graceland Remodeling, from the prepared gravel base all the way to the finished lawn!

In this project, our team carefully prepares the foundation to create a strong, level, and long-lasting surface for the new artificial grass. The gravel base is spread and leveled, then watered to help achieve more efficient compaction and a firm foundation.

Once the base is ready, the artificial turf is rolled out and positioned over the designated area. Our team then carefully measures and cuts the turf to the exact shape and size of the space, making precise cuts around the edges, walkways, landscaping, and other areas.

The turf is then secured into place and finished with careful attention to the edges and details, creating a clean, seamless, natural-looking lawn.
