A 20,000-square-foot residence shaped by layers of space, light, and landscape.

Set into the Hollywood Hills, the home unfolds across four levels, connected by a dramatic triple-height entry and organized around a central courtyard and infinity pool. Strong geometric frames define the architecture while opening each layer toward the city and the surrounding hillside.

Here, architecture becomes a continuous experience of living, moving, and looking outward.

Together, Apart

Two adjacent properties in Tujunga transformed into a cohesive six-unit community through the strategic use of SB9 and ADU regulations.

Four buildings, each with its own architectural identity, form, and material palette—designed to stand independently while contributing to a unified whole.

Every unit has ground-floor access, private front and rear yards, and thoughtfully planned interiors that prioritize privacy, functionality, and livability.

A five-unit residential development in Van Nuys, strategically utilizing ADU and SB9 provisions within a single-family zone.

The project includes three 3-bedroom units, one 2-bedroom unit, and one 1-bedroom unit—each thoughtfully designed to prioritize privacy, livability, and a sense of individual space.

Every unit features its own private yard, dedicated access, and parking space, creating a more comfortable and independent living experience within a compact development.

Currently under construction, the project is bringing this vision one step closer to reality.

Twin Mirrors | Burbank

A single-family property is transformed into a four-unit residential development through California’s SB9 Two-Unit Development provisions and State ADU law.

Designed as two mirrored residential pairs, the project balances privacy, functionality, and individuality. Each residence features its own private yard, independent access, and a distinct living experience, while sharing a cohesive architectural language across the site.

Clean stucco finishes, warm wood-look siding, and carefully defined volumes create a harmonious composition that embraces thoughtful density within a residential neighborhood.

Perched in the Burbank hills, Vista Crest is a contemporary two-story residence designed to celebrate light, openness, and panoramic city views.

The main level brings together the living, dining, and kitchen areas in one seamless, light-filled space, creating a natural flow for everyday living. Upstairs, the primary suite and its private balcony are carefully positioned to capture the city’s sweeping skyline, offering a peaceful retreat above the hills.
