RODO Development is hiring a Field Project Manager / Superintendent in Los Angeles.

We build high-end residential across LA — large-scale remodels and ground-up new construction. We’re adding a field-based project manager to run our jobs on site, day to day: owning ex*****on, coordinating the trades, reading the plans, holding quality, and keeping the build on schedule from demo to final walkthrough.

What we’re looking for:
· 2+ years on large-scale remodels and new construction
· Reads plans and design details, and executes them in the field
· Experienced with project management software
· Own car and a valid driver’s license
· Sharp eye for detail, finish, and follow-through
