U.S. Offsite is proud to partner with FaithWorks Community Coalition and K2 Development to help bring Parkview Haven to life in Redding, California.

Using volumetric modular construction, U.S. Offsite manufactured the apartment modules offsite and helped take the project from completed foundation to full vertical placement in just days — demonstrating how modular construction can help communities deliver quality housing faster.

Once complete, Parkview Haven will provide 14 units of transitional housing for veterans, transitional-age youth, and other vulnerable members of the Redding community.

We're looking for someone with strong construction experience who is ready to retire the tool bags and move into the office. We build complete apartment buildings in a controlled factory here in Redding, CA. Due to the speed of manufacturing, we need to coordinate every trade prior to swinging hammers — through detailed shop drawings. If you've spent time in the field and are ready to bring that knowledge to the drawing board, reach out to us. No drafting experience yet? We're open to training the right person on the job.
