Not every day in business looks like a 5-star review, a happy customer, or a truck rolling back into the shop after a successful job.
Some days look like this.
Today, one of our plumbing trucks was involved in an accident.
Seeing one of our trucks this damaged is never easy. Behind every truck is a technician, a family, a livelihood, and a business that we have poured our hearts into building.
Thankfully, our technician is SAFE. ❤️ And at the end of the day, that is what matters most.
Owning a business comes with incredible highs… but it also comes with moments that test you.
There are days when everything goes right.
There are days when everything seems to go wrong.
There are wins worth celebrating, and there are setbacks that hurt.
But you keep going.
You fix what you can.
You take care of your people.
You learn.
You adapt.
And you show up again tomorrow.
Sara’s Best Plumbing wasn’t built because everything always went perfectly. It was built through the hard days, the long days, the unexpected expenses, the mistakes, the victories, and a whole lot of determination.
We’re incredibly grateful that our technician walked away safely today. The truck can be repaired or replaced.
People can’t.
So tonight, we’re counting our blessings and reminding ourselves that this is just another bump in the road.
Tomorrow, we get back to work.
