Dominion Valley at The Regency — Custom Flagstone Patio

We recently completed this beautiful patio project in Dominion Valley at The Regency, creating a durable and elegant outdoor living space designed to last for years to come.

For the foundation, we installed a 4-inch concrete base to provide a solid, long-lasting structure. The patio was then finished with Pennsylvania Full Color Flagstone, giving the space a natural, distinctive look with beautiful variations in color and texture.

To complement the patio, we also constructed two brick sitting walls, each finished with Blue Select Flagstone caps. The combination of brick, Pennsylvania Full Color Flagstone, and Blue Select Flagstone created a classic look that fits beautifully with the home and surrounding landscape.

The entire project was completed in just four days while maintaining a clean and organized worksite throughout the process.

Most importantly, the homeowners were completely satisfied with the finished project. They specifically complimented our crew’s cleanliness, professionalism, and workmanship, telling us that our crew was a joy to work with.

At Potomac Masonry, we take pride not only in the quality of our work, but also in the experience we provide our customers—from the first day of the project through the final cleanup.
