I have spent the past 13 years working for a well-known foundation repair company as a foundation expert. In this position, you are making cad-style to scale drawings of the foundations, recording elevation

s using a compu-level, putting together a scope of work that best fits for the issues that have occurred, and sending out proposals. Once agreed on by the customer and everything is put into place, the work had to be signed off on by a 3rd party Engineer. For the company to issue a warranty on the foundation, a 3rd party plumber would have to test all water lines for leaks. If leaks were found under the slab, the plumbers would require 3ftx3ft tunnels to be hand dug underneath the home or business to provide access to the plumbing lines for repair. After the leaks have been repaired, any grade beams that have been exposed will require a structural pier to be pressed underneath the beams to support the structure. This is done at the time of backfill. Due to the piers needed, most plumbers are not equipped to install the piers, so they typically use foundation repair companies to perform the tunneling portion of the work (which is very expensive) After several years and hundreds of successful jobs completed, I was promoted to warranty manager for this company. A few years later, I was promoted again to the General Manager over the Waco division where I trained estimators and staff on properly assessing foundations all over Central Texas while estimating house leveling and TUNNELLING jobs. I have built a reputation for being very honest, very thorough and always doing right by my customers! I saw a need for this and have now decided to focus on Tunnel work, WITH piers when needed, but not do any house leveling. Without Leveling houses, we're able to focus on Tunnels ONLY, which means faster turnaround times and lower cost to the customer, without compromising the quality of the work! The 254 Tunnel crew struck again and knocked out this 17ft tunnel in Nolanville in one day! It was a tight squeeze when it came to parking, but plenty of space for any size plumber to work 💪💪

Our team knocked out this full repipe job today- backfilled, tamped, piers installed and cleaned up! It always helps when the customer jumps in with a tractor to push dirt closer to the access hole- Plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the weekend! Next!

We hand excavated this 55ft long x3ft deep x2ft wide trench in 1 1/2 days to expose the old sewer lines for replacement. We also dug 2 tunnels underneath the slab. Believe me when I say, there were a lot of obstacles in the way, including a couple 2” gas lines, huge concrete piers, old slabs, multiple layers of asphalt, you name it- we dug through it or around it! This one is ready for the plumbers!
