Prominence Plumbing had the privilege to install the plumbing/fixtures on not one, not two, but THREE breathtaking Parade Homes this year. We would like to take a moment to highlight each of them and thank the contractors who allowed us to partner with them for these incredible projects.

We had a blast treating our crew to dinner and a bowfishing trip as a small way to say thank you for all the hard work, long days, and dedication they pour into our company. We would like to introduce you to Logan Allen, who has been a member of the Prominence family for almost a year and a half now! A graduate of Magnolia West High School in Magnolia, Texas, Logan first came to us as a part-time employee in December of 2024. He has served as a part-timer while enrolled at Texas State Technical College. He will graduate from TSTC with his Associate’s Degree in Plumbing and Pipefitting this August. We are so proud of him! He has been a loyal, hardworking employee that is quick to problem solve and take initiative. What we noticed first about Logan was how immediately clear it was that he was raised well and had manners, morals, and work ethic instilled in him at a young age. In his spare time, Logan shoots sporting clays and enjoys hunting!

Cheers to 5 years! 🥂Today, we celebrate two of our “OG” employees on reaching their 5 year milestone with Prominence Plumbing. Wyatt Griffith and Charles Adamick were two of the very first employees that we ever hired. Each of them were apprentices when they started. Today, Wyatt has advanced to a Journeyman and serves as our Estimator. Charlie has also obtained his Journeyman license and was recently promoted to Field Supervisor. Both have been essential to the growth and success of this company. Charlie and Wyatt, thank you for five years of loyalty, dedication, and hard work. In a time when it is no longer uncommon to bounce from job to job, we realize how special it is to have employees that continue to choose us, and us them. Somewhere along the way, these two became family. A longevity bonus and a customized Yeti is just a small token of our appreciation. We can’t wait to see where the next 5 years take us with these two!
