Prepare yourselves for one of our favorite before & afters! We were able make this 8’ x 10’ space feel twice its size while accommodating the luxuries of having an in home spa. A custom framed structure with a seamless time finish was designed and built to hold a jet tub and separate standing shower. Everyone deserves to wind down with this much zen. When functionality meet aesthetics 🤝 New LVP flooring, paint, recessed lighting, refinishing cabinets, new countertops and backsplash gave the kitchen and living spaces a lighter more modern feel. Along with all the wind and water damage we are seeing with our classic Ohio weather, we are also seeing fire damages. These owners suffered a full house fire (we are happy to report that everyone is safe.) We fully emptied and gutted the home, and currently working on reframing the back half of the roof that was unsalvageable. Soon we’ll be working on installing a new roof and sealing the inside of the home. Stay tuned for more updates! Think you could use our services? We love all of the work we get to do - but one of our favorite parts is seeing owners get excited about a new design! This owner wanted a full bathroom gut and we delivered. We installed a new jet tub, all new tile flooring and walls, reworked lighting and hung new drywall.
